Fintech Crimes in Mexico, XXI Century

By virtue of being before a sui generis topic which is in constant mutation -because that is its tendency- I consider that in a few years later and without prejudice to the notices or periodic reports that Fintech institutions must formulate -onsite or online- before authorities or competent bodies, possible online supervisions will arise through visits or routine audits -annual or random visits- to review a "special database" that could contain the mandatory basic information - unless proven otherwise - with the fulfillment of obligations (of administration, investment and/or reports) by the Fintech institutions, as it happens with the audits -onsite- carried out by the Associations of Public Notaries or by the Ministry of Economy with the Public Brokers; and furthermore, that when necessary facing relevant Fintech crimes, said information could also be shared among allied countries to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
