We are Seeking Trust and Estate Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing Risk management firm. We are a client-oriented organization that offers opportunities to empower our team members to continue building rewarding careers. This position is accountable for the administration of a book of personal trust accounts, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, estates, guardianships/conservatorships, and related accounts. The candidate should have experience drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning instruments. Candidate should also have experience in estate and gift tax planning, and familiarity with probate and trust administration. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and office staff is essential.
