J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar.
  • 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm, corporation, military, or similar experience.
Amazon Logistics is seeking talented senior attorney to support our rapidly growing and evolving transportation and logistics businesses. This role will counsel our regulated ground transportation businesses as the primary lawyer advising the business on regulated activities. They will be working alongside colleagues from multiple internal teams to build and maintain robust risk management programs for our ground transportation operations.

This attorney will:
  • Be an integral part of the business teams you support, giving input on strategy in addition to serving as lead counsel on a broad range of safety and regulatory matters.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to engage with external stakeholders, earning trust and building relationships.
  • Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways.
  • Build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
Some travel, domestic and international, will be required.
