In a few words
 
Contentsquare is currently looking for a Legal Operations Specialist.
Among other things, you will be responsible for managing all global processes related to our global Legal Department. You will report directly to the Associate General Counsel in the US, Tal Shahar, but will be supporting our growing global legal team across Europe, North America and other locations.

On a typical day, you might:

    • Implement, train and manage current and future systems pertaining to Legal Operations such as contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), document management, knowledge management and eSignature (Docusign); including integrations with other tools such as Salesforce and OneTrust
    • Support legal members, contract managers, sales, SalesOps and other departments on all LegalOps related matters
    • Develop, update and maintain contract templates (such as MSA, Vendor, Partnership and Confidentiality Agreements) in all geos
    • Support Legal team in RFPs
    • Establish and support contract validation and signature process
    • Develop and scout for key tools, processes and technology for the Legal team to increase business efficiency and scale with the Company, including internal tools and automation capabilities
    • Develop, lead and maintain all legal department policies and processes
    • Lead as Legal Department representative global cross-department processes and projects
    • Establish, design and maintain legal department KPIs and periodic reports

We'd love to meet someone who:

    • Demonstrates 5 years min experience in the cloud/SaaS industry OR in relevant private practice
    • Is fluent in English and French: at ease switching from one language to the other
    • Has excellent organizational and project management skills
    • Is a leader, independent, hands-on, business oriented with a “can do” approach
    • Is a problem solver who thinks out-of-the-box
    • Has prior experience with SaaS contracts/cloud services contracts
    • Is a team player and has the ability to interact professionally and effectively throughout the organization
