Zions Bancorporation is currently accepting applications for an Operations Legal Support Specialist in Salt Lake City, Utah. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm.

The qualified candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:

Process legal documents that the corporation has been served including garnishments, levies, subpoenas, etc.

Perform necessary research, make recommendations and decisions, and resolve issues pertaining to legal documents.

Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable state and federal laws, statutes and regulations by analyzing and processing information relative to legal issues and documents.

Work with internal and external legal, law enforcement, Federal and State agencies, and public entities.

Provide customer support and resolves problems.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, specifically bank operations or other directly related experience.

A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

Working knowledge of banking operations process and procedures.

Knowledge of garnishments, levies, subpoenas, etc and all applicable laws, statutes and regulations helpful.

Must have excellent decisions, resolution and customer service skills.

Working knowledge of computer programs including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
