Provide ongoing legal advice and contract support to the Company’s commercial sales business unit. Primary responsibility includes drafting and negotiating commercial sales contracts and providing support, including training and interacting directly with the team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep and expert understanding of the company’s products, services, and business model.
  • Build strong relationships with company executives, become a part of the Company’s ACE, National Accounts, and Commercial Sales team, and assist other internal clients.
  • Develop and provide comprehensive contract management policies and training for a large commercial sales team.
  • Prepare, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial sales and services contracts.
  • Provide legal support to Credit & Collections department on consumer finance law.
  • Prepare, develop and improve contract forms and templates.
  • Provide backup support to other business units as needed.
 

Job Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
  • A strong academic record from top schools.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities & meet short deadlines, and work in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, interpersonal, and legal research skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker.
