Title: Paralegal I -
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months

Candidate must have Paralegal certificate at minimum.
Candidate must have experience 2-4 years.
Paralegal certificate is more important than experience.
Will take a recent grad with solid administrative type background.
Great opportunity for someone to learn and grow, will be taught all internal software
Prepare responses to non-party subpoenas; review and redact claim files; provide in-depth analysis regarding documents being requested and documents responsive to the request; working with claims adjusters, attorneys and vendors to provide timely responses to subpoenas; work with subpoena unit team members to ensure that all urgent requests are handled in a timely manner; must have paralegal degree or certificate; previous paralegal experience preferred, but not required
