About the job

Our law firm client is seeking mid-level corporate associates with three plus (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with experience in blockchain technology virtual and digital currency, token generation events, and NFTs. Experience with blockchain technology companies and cryptocurrency is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in token issuances
• Advise founders on raising capital 
• Provide technical advice on how the token works 

Who You Are:

• An attorney who understands cryptocurrency

Required Qualifications:

• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required
• JD
• Active member in good standing with their state bar association
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tax knowledge is a bonus
• Someone who speaks Mandarin who be a big plus

Role Details:

• Full time, permanent hire
