Intel is seeking for a Senior Paralegal to join its Global Tax organization and play an integral role in the tax advisory team. Job responsibilities include:

• Assist with execution of work plans and implementation of tax planning projects

• Assist and support shareholder and corporate resolutions, and documentation process related to tax planning transactions

• Maintain legal entity subsidiary organization chart using internally developed software and oversee formation and liquidation of subsidiaries

• Support and manage IRS audits and resulting document requests.

• Draft intercompany and transactional agreements/documents

• Assist and support integration of mergers and acquisitions transactions

• Collaborate and coordinate projects with members of the global tax team, Treasury, Accounting and Legal

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills/traits:

• Be a self-starter and work independently with excellent verbal and written communication, organization, project management, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of global legal entity concepts.

• Drive and collaborate effectively across functional teams and meet targeted deadlines for project completion.

• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate required.

• 5+ years of working experience in a legal or tax function at a multinational corporation, law firm, and/or public accounting firm.
