Transfix is growing in exciting ways, and we are looking for a Chief Counsel, Securities and Public Company Matters to help us in these growth efforts. This is a hands-on position for someone who is interested in leading all securities and related corporate compliance matters. The attorney will oversee and manage SEC/securities and related governance matters, support accounting and investor relations functions, and advise members of senior management on various issues within these areas. In this role, you will report directly to the General Counsel. Ideally, you’re located in the New York area and are able to come into our midtown NYC office in a hybrid remote/in-person schedule.
