DailyPay is seeking a high-performing, collaborative and motivated attorney to help establish grow, and implement a top-class, highly effective compliance program for DailyPay's fast-growing business. The attorney will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will focus on all core, fundamental aspects of developing and maintaining a compliance program – establishing and implementing code of conduct, companywide policies, controls and standards; participation in enterprise risk management and conducting compliance risk assessments; developing content for regular and engaging compliance communications and training; The attorney will work closely with various DailyPay departments providing advice and support to a broad cross section of the company, including, credit , sales, marketing, product development, data analytics, revenue and other teams. The attorney will also partner with members of the DailyPay legal team in providing timely business law advice and counsel.
