We're working with an exciting consumer fintech company to place a compliance specialist who will help audit and maintain internal training tools.

This is a 2.5 month contract.

What you’ll do:

Dedicated person to build program, vet content tools, and lead internal efforts to launch an enterprise wide compliance training.

Duties and projects include:

• Auditing existing training and regulatory risks
• Develop or obtain training materials by partnering with internal content specialists or external vendors
• Establish a training schedule and engage with internal technology to ensure all relevant trainings are assigned and delivered appropriately

What we expect:

• Experience working on a financial services compliance team
• Experience creating training or help materials
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage projects

Logistics:

• Location: Charlotte, NC - REMOTE
• Duration: 2.5 months
• Start: ASAP
• Rate: $40/hr - $50/hr
