We're working with an exciting consumer fintech company to place an Intellectual Property Paralegal for a 6-month contract.

This role is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

What you’ll do:

• Transferring our trademark portfolio to new counsel
• Assist with rebranding and related series of trademark searches and filings (which will be substantial)
• Assistance with drafting an IP playbook, among other tasks.
• Overflow duties and assisting our IP Attorney.

What we expect:

• Experience with trademarks
• Experience working at a high growth technology company
• Experience working with outside counsel
• 5+ YOE as an IP paralegal

Logistics:

• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Duration: 6 months
• Start: ASAP
• Rate: $30/hr - $50/hr
