Legal.io is working with several growing tech companies seeking 100% remote, legal operations coordinator on a contract basis to support their existing legal teams and business divisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Help the Company's legal department adopt and use processes and technology solutions to provide efficient, scalable, cost-effective legal support to internal clients.

Who You Are:

• Experienced legal professional with a track record of supporting in-house teams in an eBilling or legal operations capacity
• Demonstrates outstanding judgment and makes consistent good decisions for the company and our team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with legal operations and legal eBilling
• Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience working on an in-house legal team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in various legal technology solutions, including contract management systems, PO and finance platforms and legal billing platforms (e.g., SimpleLegal, BrightFlag, Ironclad, DocuSign, Netsuite as examples)
• Previous experience at a technology company

Role Details:

• Anticipated Start Date: Immediately
• Location: 100% remote
• Full time or part time, contract hire for either 3, 6 or 12 month engagements (some contract engagements will have the option to renew, and others may convert to full time direct hire employment upon successful completion and budgetary allowance)
