The Staff Association (SA) is currently looking for an attorney that can provide advice to the SA’s President and members on HR and labor matters (staff and consultants), internal grievance processes (grievance & conflict resolution mechanisms), legal issues, and coordinate the administrative and budget matters of the office.
The team’s mission:
Represents the general interest of its members. Promotes the general welfare of the employees through social, cultural, sporting, or recreational activities. Promotes unity among the employees through acts designed to better both human and labor relations within the Institution. Collaborates with the Administration in the promotion of Bank objectives to foster increased productivity, dedication, and passion for the development and integration of member countries.

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Graduate studies (master degree or equivalent) in Law, Human Resources, or related academic area.
Experience:
Languages: Full professional writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Professional, knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Service Now, and Survey Monkey.
