We are seeking a Contract Attorney Program Specialist. This position will sit in our Business Operation Services Center Office in Tampa, FL.


Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years’ experience working in high volume administrative support role
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recruiting experience
  • Law firm experience

What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for conducting intake of contract attorney staffing requests from practice groups and communicate those staffing needs with agency partners. You will screen resumes and submit to practice groups for review and selection and coordinate the onboarding for these contract attorneys. This position requires strong project management skills and an ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver under pressure.



You will establish relationships with internal practice group directors, agencies and contract attorneys. You will also coordinate due diligence process with agencies and internal departments, providing regular updates to appropriate parties. This position requires a lot of coordinating and will require organization and time management skills. You will also reconcile agency invoices and work with agencies and the Procurement department to initiate new vendor agreements.
