Position Summary

This position will deliver legal services to the business in the areas of commercial law, real estate, litigation management, and risk analysis. This position will also advise management when entering into commercial agreements and will manage outside counsel in litigation matters.

This position is located at our Corporate offices in a pleasant country and suburban setting 7 miles South of Reading, PA. Our location is a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking.

Qualificiations

• Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in corporate, real estate and/or commercial law, including reviewing and drafting complex commercial contracts and providing legal advice to business executives; the preferred candidate will have 3-5 years experience with a medium to large size law firm or working in a counsel position with a large multinational organization.
• Candidates must have a juris doctor degree from an accredited law school, and must be a member in good standing of a state bar.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
