Position Description
This position is assigned to the Record Center Department. Initial responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Pulling email requests
- Prepping and scanning case files
- Lifting standard file boxes weighing 10-15lbs repeatedly
- Safely operate large and small hand trucks containing file boxes (a full large truck can weigh 50-90lbs)
- Ability to move office furniture occasionally
- Periods of kneeling, standing, bending, and squatting while filing
- Ability to maneuver shred bins weighing 100-150lbs
- Safely drive a large passenger van
- Receive certification to safely operate forklift
Essential Job Duties
- Dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly scheduled business hours.

- Work effectively as a team contributor as well as independently
- Comply with all Public Records statutes and policies.
- Lift, move, and maneuver file boxes, bins, furniture as indicated.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalency.
Good time management and organization skills required. Demonstrated proficiencies in scanning software and equipment preferred.
