The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Litigation Unit.

Position Summary

This position requires a licensed attorney to handle civil actions and proceedings in state, federal and appellate courts. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

Licensed attorney with 0-5 years of professional experience. Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills are required. Preference will be given to those with experience representing state or other governmental agencies.

All applicants must agree in writing to complete, and satisfactorily pass, a thorough background investigation by the Office of Attorney General.
