Curaleaf's Assistant General Counsel for Strategic Transactions plays a key role in providing legal support and process management for the strategic transactions of the Company, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, competitive cannabis license applications, and capital market transactions. The Assistant General Counsel will assist the Chief Legal Officer ("CLO") in developing the Company's legal function in these areas and implement best practices. This position will report to the CLO and will interact directly with the business development team and senior management. Based in New York City
