Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. has an opening for an experienced litigation paralegal in the St. Louis office on the asbestos team.

Responsibilities Include:

• All aspects of asbestos litigation case management including the discovery process, tracking and communicating case-related dates/deadlines and information, and trial preparation.
• High volume document and information management.
• Preparation of deposition and medical summaries.

• Database maintenance.
• Analysis and preparation of documents, reports and correspondence.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting is required.
• Paralegal certificate and/or degree preferred.
• Experience with claim intake and case management skills, is highly desired.
• Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook are required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good judgement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
