Legal.io is working with a top fintech company to hire a Regulatory Licensing Manager to manage Money Transmitter Licenses. This is a 4-month, 40hr/week remote position.

What You’ll Do:

Compile and complete monthly and quarterly reports for money transmitter licenses

Assist in money transmission regulator exam preparation

Assist during money transmission regulator exams

Respond to regulator and examiner requests

Able to organize and accomplish detailed task set for preparation and submission of regulatory filing materials

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years experience in paralegal or similar role.

Familiarity with money transmitter laws and licensing requirements

Experience working with regulators and managing regulatory examinations preferred

Interest in fintech

Experience with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience at a high-growth technology company

Schedule: 40hrs/week

Pay Rate: $40/hr - $50/hr ($80k - $100k annual comp level)
