Legal.io is working with a top green tech company to hire a temporary legal operations professional. The candidate must have experience implementing and maintaining contract management systems.

6-month, remote contract. Temp to perm for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

The Legal Operations - Contract Management professional will help the Company's legal department adopt and use processes and technology solutions to provide efficient, scalable, cost-effective legal support to our internal clients.

Contract Management Responsibilities:

  • Help with the CLM RFP internally
  • Maintain the existing contracts currently housed in Box
  • Assist with metadata tagging on new and existing contracts
  • Basic ability to draft and negotiate NDAs

This position is an individual contributor role, reporting to the VP, Head of Commercial.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced legal professional with a track record of supporting in-house teams legal operations capacity
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with CLMs (Ironclad, Conga, Malbek, etc)

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with legal operations and contract management
  • Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience working on an in-house legal team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tools: CLMs (Ironclad, Conga, Malbek), DocuSign, Box, Confluence, Jira
  • Previous experience at a high-growth technology company

Role Details:

  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
  • Type: Contract, 6-months
  • Compensation: $40/hr - $50/hr ($80k - $100k/year)

  • Location: WEST COAST - REMOTE
