Legal.io is working with a public biopharmaceutical company seeking 100% remote, contracts attorney to join their existing small legal team.

What You’ll Do:

Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements such as CDAs, NDAs, MSAs, supply agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements

Work with other team members in the redlining process

Offer advice concerning privacy, some trials are run in the EU so GDPR knowledge is required

Who You Are:

A doer, meaning you are experienced in the day to day drafting, reviewing and negotiation agreements

Able to turn around agreements efficiently

Comfortable working with lean teams and wearing multiple hats in a smaller company environment

Required Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active admission to the bar of any state

5-10+ years of directly related legal experience

Clinical trial experience

GDPR knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience representing companies in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
