SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

As part of the Pure Global Operations and Enablement (GLOE) this role will help support the tools and
processes of the Revenue Transactions practice group. This role will focus on the build and
management of the tools leveraged by the Legal team and its stakeholders to establish streamlined
processes and procedures for contracts and knowledge management. This role will also support the
day-to-day operations of the Revenue Transactions team, including, intake, triage, contract lifecycle
management for all outbound commercial contracts, metrics and data management, onboarding
Transactions Team new hires, and ad hoc projects as they arise.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

Tools and Technology Management

  • Assume ownership of maintaining and improving commercial contracting tools and processes
    on a day to day perspective including maintaining our contracts management system, matter
    intake tool, document repository tool, and eSignature tool
  • Work closely with IT to implement changes and develop tools and workflow improvements
  • Assist with all administrative aspects of tool maintenance including updates, enhancements,
    and new implementationsA
  • Project manage system updates end-to-end to align to business requirements
  • Assume ownership of daily Go-To-Market matter review process and distribution
  • Help build and maintain periodic and ad hoc reports with contract metrics for use within our
    department and to present to other departments
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure that legal tools are reflective of business
    changes and requirements
  • Project manage ad hoc systems initiatives that require involvement across multiple departments and functions
  • Improve communication and update methods to streamline changes using analytic skills and
    knowledge
  • Act as liaison between relevant departments that share use of legal tools and technology.
  • Maintain knowledge base, resources and training materials for the Transactions Team
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in process and contribute to the innovation and solutions to those processes Other Transactions/Commercial Support
  • Assist legal transactions team as needed, including, but not limited to, providing trainings,
    assistance with tools and technology, gathering data on process success, and day-to-day
    assistance with contract management
  • Assume ownership of the onboarding of new transactions team employees, and those that need access to transactions tools and systems, assistance with off boarding departing employees and those taking a leave of absence, including establishing clear process and managing that process

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM...

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience required
  •  A bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • Experience with business and legal technology required (e.g. Google Suite, ContractExpress,
    Salesforce, DocuSign, ServiceNow)
  • Prior experience supporting a legal department’s operations function in a technology capacity
    preferred
  • Thorough understanding of the contract management lifecycle
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to learn new procedures and skill sets Strong
    computer literacy (Word, Excel and contract databases knowledge)
  • Taking ownership of an issue once it is brought to you – going the extra step to proactively seek
    out answers to problems that may fall outside your expertise
  • High level of professionalism; handles sensitive/confidential information with appropriate care.
  • Well organized, excels in documentation gathering and management; consistently completes
    projects, and manages projects to completion, on-time with great attention to detail. Able to
    prioritize well, work efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate and support team outcomes using effective communication and strong
    interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team/collaborative
    environment
  • Enthusiasm for digital transformation.
