This role will report to the head of Legal Operations and is a key role for an-flight program of strategic importance for ServiceNow, involving various teams across Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal.

 

What you get to do in this role:

  • Engage with Business teams to capture their requirements including pain points and digitization opportunities
  • Help drive the product strategy and provide roadmap direction to achieve business value realization and product / feature adoption.
  • Write user stories and prioritize them prior to PI Planning and Agile Sprints
  • Work with other Product Owners to coordinate on dependencies
  • Ensure the Scrum team members have clarity on the requirements and acceptance criteria in the story
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and be actively engaged to guide the team on scope related questions
  • Prepare, participate and drive UAT activities
  • Communicate deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leaders in a timely manner
  • Drive value creation by identifying cross functional opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT
  • Create training materials, and input into change management and enablement activities.


Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Prior 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner on large transformation projects.
  • Ability to influence at all levels across the organization including key leaders and stakeholder to deliver product and customer outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) implementation.
  • Sharp analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assess business and technology landscape for potential challenges and opportunities
  • Knowledge of Legal processes especially in the context of alignment with Sales processes
  • Attention to detail and excellent collaboration skills
