To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Head of Corporate & Commercial Counsel to join our Legal team and help build out a world-class corporate and commercial function at Grammarly. This Head of Corporate & Commercial Counsel will be focused on working closely with business executives and various teams at all levels of the organization to tackle a variety of requests, including drafting and reviewing complex commercial contracts, as well as advising on corporate matters, among other needs and agreements. They will collaborate closely with our Finance, Accounting, Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, and Compliance teams to lead legal negotiations and develop strong corporate practices to help move the business forward.
Additionally, as a foundational member of the Grammarly Legal team, the Head of Corporate & Commercial Counsel will also help shape the culture of the Legal team by exemplifying care for their craft, care for others, and a commitment to finding solutions to difficult questions.
