JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Legal team is responsible for administering Hilton's legal activities to ensure maximum protection while engaging in global business and ensuring compliance with the company's legal obligations.
 

What will I be doing?

Formulate and apply accounting and financial modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret key information to lead the decision-making, policy formulation, and other critical managerial functions of Hilton’s Legal, Public Affairs, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) Strategy team. Analyze and lead the implementation of the strategic plan and maximize the operational effectiveness of the team through administration of budgeting and financial planning, business planning, and performance and process optimization.

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related, and 1 year of experience as an Auditor, Financial Analyst, or related role. Requires demonstrated experience with: analyzing financial, operational, and statistical data; performing profit and loss analysis; and utilizing business mathematics, including the ability to calculate percentage changes, averages, and weighted averages.
