Legal.io is working with an innovative technology company to find a Junior Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team. This is a fully remote, full time 40 hours per week position for a term of 6 months (with possibility of extension).

What You’ll Do:

Help support the team with high volume B2B software and services agreements

Review non-disclosure agreements from enterprise customers and occasional other vendors.

Review other high volume routine contracts and documents, such as free trial and evaluation agreements, order forms, etc.

Review and draft Statements of Work in connection with professional services.

Engage directly with clients; this role will have direct contact with the various business stakeholders, legal, finance, external clients.

Required Qualifications:

J.D.

3-5+ years of experience with SaaS and related commercial procurement contracts

Experience with cloud services or on-prem software is a plus (hardware or privacy experience is not a requirement).

Export regulation experience would be helpful but is not required

Role Details:

Anticipated Start Date: Immediately (February Start Date)

Schedule: 40hrs/week

Duration: 6 months

Location: REMOTE

Hourly pay: $70-90 per hour (annualizes to $140k-$180k)
