Job Description

Successful candidate will provide corporate governance duties relating to CVS Health’s subsidiaries which include, but are not limited to, incorporations, mergers, dissolutions, drafting board and shareholder resolutions and consents, filing annual reports and other filings required to do business in various jurisdictions, responding to requests from external and internal constituents regarding various corporate governance matters, including the CVS Health Licensing and Tax teams.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 28.85
Maximum: 57.69

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of paralegal experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
  • Previous experience in a legal, compliance or licensing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
