A leading pharmaceutical and biotech company is seeking a senior commercial counsel to assist with life sciences-related commercial transactions.

What You’ll Do / Who You Are:

This role will be responsible for supporting the company's diagnostic tests business (The company sells tests to other pharma companies because the FDA requires a proven diagnostic test in order to sell a prescription to a patient).

Day to day will be mainly contracting work (MSA’s, SOWs, work orders, project schedules)

350 projects completed last year, each project schedule/SOW is heavily negotiated

The company has templates for all of these contracts and clear guidelines of what can and cannot be accepted

Needs a life sciences attorney who has significant contracting experience and exposure

Required Qualifications:

8-10 years experience

Deal lawyer with life sciences experience

Licensed member of the bar in a US jurisdiction

Role Details:

Location: Remote

Hours: 40 hours per week (FT)

Estimated Start Date: Feb. 13

Duration: 3-6 months
