Legal.io is working with several established and growing tech companies seeking 100% remote, AdTech Lawyer on a contract basis to support their existing legal teams and business divisions.

What You’ll Do:

Review programmatic advertising, IAB terms.

Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements.

Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.

Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.

Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

AdTech exp is a must

Must have 5+ years of experience working at a law firm or in-house, in a related experience position

Active bar license

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing.

Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders.

Role Details:

New clients need on a weekly basis

Location: 100% remote

Full time or part time, contract hire for either 3, 6 or 12 month engagements (some contract engagements will have the option to renew, and others may convert to full time direct hire employment upon successful completion and budgetary allowance)
