Legal.io is working with several established and growing tech companies seeking 100% remote, eDiscovery Administrator on a contract basis to support their existing legal teams and business divisions.

Who You Are:

Extensive consultative work in searching methods, search term parsing, and boolean.

Experience training co-workers and superiors on various eDiscovery related softwares, tools, and strategies.

Well-versed in data migration and identifying technical incompatibilities.

Experienced drafting SOPs for work arounds and best practices

What You’ll Do:

Design final process flow in accordance with tool capabilities and limitations and draft SOP documents.

Coordinate with the internal Litigation team to build out the process in eDiscovery software.

Handle data migration.

Perform discovery to understand the scope and limitations of migrating legal holds.

Work with Internal Legal Operations Manager to draft a migration project proposal and recommendations for the team.

Provide ad hoc legal operations project support as time allows.

Drafting SOPs and process workflows.

Draft and publish knowledge articles.

Data design and organization.

Software Knowledge Desired:

Various eDiscovery softwares (Exterro, Logikull, Onna, etc.)

Atlassian (Confluence & Jira)

Google Suite & Mac

Role Details:

New clients need on a weekly basis•Location: 100% remote

Full time or part time, contract hire for either 3, 6 or 12 month engagements (some contract engagements will have the option to renew, and others may convert to full time direct hire employment upon successful completion and budgetary allowance)
