  • Advise senior leadership and C-suite on significant employment matters.
  • Support our international expansion and IPO-readiness workstreams.
  • Keep up to date on employment law developments in the countries in which we operate.

  • US JD or LLM and strong academic qualifications.
  • International practice expertise, including previous experience leading on global projects and translating foreign counsel advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Sufficient employment law experience with Europe, the Middle East, or APAC to be able to make judgment calls on local matters with support from local counsel.
  • Good standing in at least one US state bar.

Extra marks if you have:

  • Incentives and benefits experience, including design and operation of equity incentive compensation programs.
  • ERISA experience.
  • Experience working in tech or other fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in-house (this could have been gained while on secondment), ideally for a US or EU publicly listed company.

You will need:

  • Exceptional analytical and writing skills, with a business-centric focus on risk.
  • Excellent time management skills and experience managing a diverse workload and competing stakeholder demands.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely.
