Investment Funds Attorney - Law Firm Partner

A generational opportunity to build on an already strong Investment Management practice group! Our client, a progressive, mid-sized general practice firm with a client base of venture capital, private equity and hedge funds, independent wealth advisors and family offices, is seeking a seasoned Partner, with a portfolio of existing clients and prospective clients, to make their nimble and strategic Investment Management stronger and even more competitive. This role can also ascend to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in advising clients with respect to the formation and ongoing operation of a broad range of private investment vehicles, minority and majority asset manager acquisitions and dispositions, and “upper tier” management arrangements. Additionally, experience advising U.S. and non-U.S domiciled venture capital, private equity and hedge funds, advisory firms and family offices on all aspects of their business, including structuring, governing regulation, seed capital and financing transactions, as well as the implementation of select investment strategies, is required.

Compensation is experience and client matter origination dependent and includes salary of 300K- 400K+, bonus, solid benefits and wellness program, as the firm invests now and for the future.
