Basic Functions: Under supervision, responsible for handling of assigned Legal and Arbitration files, including all aspects of discovery, courtroom and arbitration appearances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Legal Research; -Review of legal files to establish the status of discovery; -Preparation of correspondence, motions, Memoranda of Law, reports, arbitration submissions and any other paperwork necessary in the handling of a legal file caseload.

Requirements

-New York State Bar Admission Pending/Admitted

Qualifications:

The candidate will possess a J.D. degree from an accredited ABA Law School.

Good writing and analytical skills.
