Manage legal projects and, including the implementation of legal technology, transformation support, training of legal team on legal technology, and administrative support to the Legal Manager and the Country Legal Manager.

Support administrative functions including case file creation, invoicing and invoice review, planning and organizing meetings, facilitating enterprise-wide communication, and document organization.

Partner with specific business units to facilitate document collection, discovery, and internal investigations. Manages workflow from internal and external sources.

Support legal team with aspects of litigation, discovery projects, and subpoena management.

Act as liaison with external auditors, IT, Risk & Compliance and Group P&C to adhere to compliance regulations and IKEA ways of working.

Works alone and as part of a team to complete short-term and long-term projects. Manages multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion of all projects.

Identify potential problems and inefficiencies, create solutions to ensure processes are meeting business needs.

Monitor and maintain corporate files; maintain and update legal documents, such as Service Level Agreements and Delegations/POAs.

Review documents drafted by attorneys for formatting, substantive, and with the status of projects.

Associate degree required.

Paralegal experience preferred.

Management of large case files and class actions.

Experience with document collection and eDiscovery.

Experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel required.

Drafting and reviewing simple contracts or corporate resolutions preferred.


Travel is required for this role. 5 - 25% (1 days per week on average)
