Posted Aug 25 Full TimeCambridge, Massachusetts The Senior Specialist, Legal Operations has primary responsibility for user experience in the contract management system (Ironclad) by working with the contracts reviewers and requestors to ensure proper system access and functionality. This individual develops and delivers training materials for Ironclad, onboards new Ironclad users, and helps develop and implement strategies for improving Ironclad. The Senior Specialist, Legal Operations may also work on other legal process improvements.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Develop and provide training for contracts process and contracts management system (Ironclad)
- Manage contract review, signature, and access processes
- Understand new features and updates to Ironclad and develop strategies to implement relevant new features
- Develop report templates for Ironclad users and stakeholders
- Work with the Executive Director, Legal Chief of Staff and Head of Legal Operations to identify and implement process improvements for processes relevant to the Legal department
- Monitor contract management inbox (contracts@sarepta.com)
- Compliance monitoring and reporting for self-service contracts
Desired Education And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience with systems administration
- Experience working at or supporting a life sciences or biotechnology company a plus
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with a “take-ownership” attitude
- Strong computer software skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Team player with a good attitude and a desire to help others and get things done
- Interpersonal skills and collaborative working style to effectively work cross functionally within the company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.
The targeted salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
