We are looking for an exceptional attorney to join our Global Toy Legal Team. The ideal candidate is an outstanding legal and business advisor with strong interpersonal and communication skills, great judgment, a team-first mentality, and a sense of humor. Working alongside senior Hasbro legal and business professionals, you’ll support teams across the company (including global brand, marketing, business development, finance, PR/corporate communications, sales, product design and development, concept acquisition, rights, quality assurance, IP security, philanthropy, ESG/CSR, and creative services) on a range of matters, including intellectual property, licensing, contract interpretation, advertising, promotions, social media, privacy, and regulatory compliance. This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work onsite in our Pawtucket, RI office 2 to 3 days per week.
