 Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of corporate experience and a working knowledge of general private company transactions such as rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions involving Delaware partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, including investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions and structured finance transactions. Excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. Prior experience working in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred. Must be Delaware barred.
