- Prepare quarterly performance reports utilizing key performance indicators (“KPIs”) for respective regional attorney reviews.
- Delegate case assignments received from the Director of Legal Operation or his designee to the regional attorneys as needed to meet their stated KPIs.
- Participate in scheduled morning legal department meeting(s).
- Conduct regular regional attorney case reviews to ensure that the legal services provided by the respective regional legal team meet the highest standards.
- Conduct quarterly regional attorney performance reviews with the Director of Legal Operations.
- Conduct annual regional attorney performance reviews with the Director of Legal Operation
- Participate in attorney recruitment and hiring process, as requested.
- Support the new hire onboarding and training of the regional legal staff as requested.
- Attend billing and account management meetings as needed.
Compensation $120,000 - $130,000 plus quarterly bonuses

Responsibilities
Leads the regional legal team by
- Ensuring the regional legal team meets its stated KPIs.
- Maintaining and promoting good relationships with and between clients and the Colwell Law Group (“CLG”).
- Working with the Managing Attorney (Legal Development) to support regional legal teams’ growth.
- Meeting minimum of twenty-six (26) billed/collected hours per week.
- Assisting with regional-specific office operations under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications
- Passed Bar Exam
- Law Degree
- 8+ Years of Experience in Sales Management
- US Work Authorization
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Family and Matrimonial direct experience is a plus
