Vaco Boston has partnered with our client who is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their in-house legal team. They are looking for a highly motivated individual with commercial litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling lawsuits from filing through judgment.
· Collaborating with internal restructuring and accounting teams with respect to preparing matters for litigation.
· Assisting with prelitigation matters
· Engaging and supervising external local counsel to handle out of state matters
· Assisting with other legal matters including bankruptcy and insolvency.
· Managing out-of-state dockets.
· Advising and providing legal analysis to business executives

Key Requirements/Qualifications:
· JD required
· Licensed attorney in Massachusetts.
· 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
· Corporate/transactional and/or bankruptcy experience a plus.
· Highly motivated with ability to manage simultaneous projects under deadline pressure in a dynamic and fluid environment.
· Superior written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
