The Merker Group is working with an Am Law firm to find a mid to senior-level Corporate Associate or Counsel-level attorney to join the firm in New York.
This firm pays top of market compensation and bonus.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to capital markets and/or bank lending transactions.
- Experience in acquisition finance and related commitment processes is a plus.
- Must have prior Am Law 100 or 200 firm experience.
- Must have a J.D. from a top law school and exceptional academics.
- Must have limited career moves.
- Must have an active New York Bar License.
