Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
KLA’s Ethics & Legal Compliance team is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Ethics & Compliance Counsel, reporting directly to KLA’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), in either KLA’s Ann Arbor, Michigan or Milpitas, California offices. This is a great time to join a leading edge and fast-paced company within the semiconductor industry! In this position, the qualified candidate will have responsibility in overseeing KLA’s worldwide antitrust compliance program, assist with cybersecurity and information governance legal compliance issues and investigations, be responsible for KLA’s legal risk assessment and compliance effectiveness program, among other strategic initiatives. The qualified candidate must have a deep experience with establishing and maintaining worldwide ethics & compliance programs, have a passion for ethics and compliance, be a superb communicator, and be able to drive results in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
