Consilio's Direct Hire division is seeking a litigation paralegal on behalf of our client, a DC law firm. This role will be in the insurance defense coverage practice group and be an integral part of the team. Hybrid schedule: 4:1 after the first 90 days Responsibilities:

• Performs routine cite-checking and bluebooking.
• Efiles with State and Federal court.
• Compiles data from reference material during the discovery process.
• Draft correspondence, memorandums, and basic documents for both internal and external needs.
• Understands regulatory, administrative and court requirements for legal documents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Minimum of three years as a paralegal
