The Columbus office of BakerHostetler has an opening for a Labor & Employment Attorney. This is a full-time position that is not on partnership track. The candidate will work with partners and counsel in the Columbus office, and the position will require mostly employment litigation work with some public and private sector traditional labor work. The annual hours expectation for this position is 1750 hours.
As a non-partnership track position, this role has a lower hours requirement, a more predictable schedule and is ideal for someone who is seeking to perform sophisticated work at a national firm without expectations for business development. Requirements
J.D and Ohio bar admission required.
Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Employment experience.
Superior attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
Communicate clearly and precisely with clients and other team members.
