Overview

We are growing our team! This role will report to Quest’s Assistant General Counsel for North America, this exciting position will be a highly qualified, team-oriented Contracts Specialist position with substantial technology experience that will provide sales support and coordination of low complexity contracts as well as provides first line review and management of procurement agreements.

We are looking for a high performer who is a self-starter, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, curious and operates with a high degree of integrity.

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US48 with preference in the Northeast US.

Responsibilities

  • Participates on negotiating teams to complete low complexity contracts
  • Manage legal billing for the department and helping design and implement our Contracts Management System (Docusign).
  • Perform administrative activities related to overall Contracts Management in the department, which could include handling signature requests, contracts queue management
  • P rovide first line review and management of procurement agreements
  • Handles after sales support and coordination to ensure effective execution of low complexity contracts.
  • Identifies issues/process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience through improved response processes
  • Able to follow new contracts processes relating to drafting and negotiating developed by functional area
  • Able to support and participate on regional projects that will impact contracting process
  • Manages multiple contracts with varying deadlines
  • Serves as the lead negotiator, drafter, or manager for low complexity contracts
  • Supports regional contracts
  • Interfaces with the Customer at the low mgmt levels

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Intermediate analytical skills and knowledge
  • Proficient tools and systems knowledge
  • Intermediate negotiations skills
  • Intermediate contract drafting skills
  • Customer service focus
