Our client is seeking an attorney for its Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. The candidate will handle an active caseload and be responsible for working the files, attending hearings, filing motions, and handling other aspects of litigation.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, be an excellent researcher and a persuasive writer. The candidate must be organized, diligent, and comfortable in court. No experience necessary but litigation experience a plus.
