Full-time, hybrid Paralegal role available in Montgomery County, PA! The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, research and case analysis experience, and a history of legal document preparation, with demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail. Seeking experience in municipal, land use or zoning.

Duties:

• Prepare legal documents
• Communicate with clients
• Perform mailing management
• Perform binder preparation and document review
• Manage court filings
• Perform attorney calendar management
• Assist with billing
• Draft correspondence
• Perform research as required

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certification or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
• Experience with document management system
• At least 2 years of experience in a Paralegal role
• Prior experience with municipal, land use or zoning.
