Compensation

$22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities

• Review documents submitted by clients
• Prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements
• Answer client questions
• Schedule client appointments
• Review case filings in ECF and take appropriate action
• Support assigned attorneys on cases as needed

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience preparing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements
• Curious, detail-oriented, and observant
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Empathetic and patient with clients
